I’m trying to create a website similar to this one. I’ve signed up on HostMonster, I’m just not sure where to begin or what to download.

   See if they have phpBB on their Fantastico (if they have Fantastico). If not, download phpBB from http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/ upload it to your site and set it up.

   on seeing the afore mentioned site it is a forum, most of the registrars gives free forum and blog hosting , try http://www.tucktail.com/ and its features
